WARRANTY: 6-months – Parts & Labor Only – Affords the Buyer the opportunity to receive/inspect/install/test for proper functionality.
Our refurbishment process is very extensive – we pride ourselves on putting out units that will stand the test of time while reducing our clients’ need to have work done on them in the future (because of product failure.)
One of our primary focuses is in changing out the board – what you receive is a brand new one. In addition, we change out not only worn or broken parts, but also do “future-casting” where we change out any parts that would wear out in the not-to-distant future. Again, our goal is to minimize any chance of inconvenience. All we recommend is that you have the unit serviced every 3000 cycles (by a certified technician, or us) to better ensure your the unit will continue to function properly.
